The latest technology advance is the Free Form design lens, which corrects for distortion in the vision over a larger area of the eye, giving the best vision possible from a pair of glasses. Free Form lenses are optimized for your personal prescription, while making lenses thinner in profile, as well. This is achieved by digital surfacing.

Free form (digital surfaced) lenses are ideal for anyone who has ever had difficulty adjusting to progressives, has high prescriptions or astigmatism, or a big difference between the prescriptions in each eye. What this does is gives you clear, centered vision for natural visual positions.

The newest TruClear HD+, along with the Varilux Physio Enhanced Fit gives you the feeling of clear vision everywhere, adjusting to your needs of distance, intermediate and near work. This is achieved by using the latest computer generated, digital surfacing designs, that take into account your specific measurements and your unique frame. Everyone is different. These lenses account for your unique reading posture, based on your height and dynamics of your frame.

The vision for all of these high end products are enhanced by A/R coating. For more on A/R, see a separate article. Most of these lenses must be A/R coated.

We have started using an improved traditional design lens that offers significant improvement over other and older PAL designs. For most people this is an excellent choice. Lenses that we use are the TruClear and the Varilux Comfort Enhanced.
